          LGBT center slated to open in April

          The space has been undergoing renovations for the past month that will transform it into home of Case Western Reserve University's brand-new LGBT center, an open and welcoming environment designed for the university's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community.

          SEC considering proposals concerning Greek funding

          Alicia Sanchez, the current chair of SEC, emphasized that the purpose of the March 4 SEC meeting as it pertained to Greek funding would be to further discuss the issue.

          Case Western's residential staff plans on meeting the third week of March with the Census Administration to discuss ways to ensure students are aware of and participate in the survey.

          CWRU receives record number of applications

          What about nearly 9500 people? That's the number of applications received by Case Western Reserve University's Office of Undergraduate Admission, a 20 percent increase from last year's figures.

          Besides Nurses' Ball, USNA plans other social and service events for CWRU's nursing community, such as cooking for the families at the Ronald McDonald House. The organization also sends members to conventions hosted by the National Student Nurses' Association (NSNA).
