      Andrew Bird charms crowd with musicianship, melody and humor

      With its romantic décor, mesmerizing lights, and arresting acoustics, the Allen Theatre in downtown Cleveland's theater district is a venue in its own world, seemingly detached from the bustling city outside its walls. Its elegant and inviting atmosphere lets audiences know that they're in for an impressive and captivating act, no matter the performer, and Andrew Bird's performance on April 2nd was more than par for the course - in fact, it surpassed expectations.       New movie review site combines Facebook with Rotten Tomatoes

      There's nothing like watching previews at a movie theatre before the feature starts, with a bucket of popcorn in one hand and a large Coke in the other. Every so often comes a trailer for a movie that you are just dying to see. If you're a big enough fan, you'll re-watch the trailer almost every day, and even count down the days until the movie is released (Twilight anyone?). (0) comments

      Eldred delivers a solid ensemble performance with their latest, Stage Door

      What is a dream worth? For the characters of Eldred's final spring production, Stage Door, it is a question they must continually ask on their journeys to stardom. The play, written by Edna Ferber and George Kaufman, chronicles the struggles of the Footlight's boarding house's actresses and their friends as they try to succeed. (0) comments
