The college student's guide to credit cards - Part 3

Throughout the past two articles, I've discussed credit cards in detail, giving you information about the pros and cons of credit cards, and how to evaluate credit card offers. This week I'll be explaining how to manage your credit cards responsibly once you own one, and will discuss a few alternatives to credit cards.

Eyewitness: Editor-in-chief for a day

There's been a certain back-and-forth of coverage and response regarding the recent decision by Case's Student Executive Council (SEC) to author a new referendum that will be held in the indeterminate future. The referendum aims to determine whether Media Board organizations should retain the salaries they currently receive via the Student Activities Fee (SAF).

November 17 GA meeting

At this Tuesday's USG general assembly meeting, vice president of finance Max Weber announced that the appeals process for mass funding was ongoing throughout the week, and also that the results from Pizzalympics were in. Vice president of academic affairs Shengbo Wang reported on the faculty senate meeting, saying that a $50,000 budget will be allocated for advising in addition to a budget of $50,000 that will be allocated toward international students.
